I really wanted to share this chicken and spinach curry today. A few months ago, I discovered the blog "This Muslim Girl Bakes" after searching for a samosa recipe. One of my friends at work had recently left, and brought some of her mother's home made samosas in for a little farewell party (I provided dessert in the form of brownies!) and they were SO GOOD. I couldn't stop thinking about them, so I went searching the internet for a recipe to make some samosas myself at home, and it led me to this blog. I spent a good couple of hours reading the posts and pinning recipes and feeling very hungry! Since then, I've made so many of the recipes, including chicken kebabs, tandoori popcorn chicken, chicken pulao and loads of other things! I highly recommend you get yourself over to the blog and try some of her recipes yourself as everything I've made has been perfect.
